- Wairarapa Museum of Art & History
Two exhibitions: ’WW100; Wairarapa’ &
Nicki Stewart - ’Remember to Remember’
"WW100" is a pop up exhibition in the Aratoi foyer telling the
stories of local men who went to the War, on a series of illustrated
free standing boards. Presented in associated with Wairarapa Archive.
"Remember to Remember" is a
multi media installation by Featherston artist Nicki Stewart exploring
WW1 history and featuring the results of a community knitting project
which saw women around the region knitting garments as women did for the
men on the Front 100 years ago.
